About the Job
Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data and supporting the integration of engineering changes within the ERP system. Employ data analytics skills to develop KPIs and provide detailed reports. An ERP engineer also acts as system expert offering comprehensive support to key users.

Job description:
  • Ensure the accurate entry and consistency of static data across the ERP system, including BOMs, routings, and other associated parameters.
  • Regularly audit system data to identify and correct discrepancies as well as ensuring data integrity across all manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Coordinate with engineering, industrialization, and production teams to implement engineering changes and new part introductions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and document impacts of engineering changes on system operations.
  • Design and develop Amazon Web Services (AWS) dashboards and reports that support the business.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations in an accessible and actionable format.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the ERP system, providing insights and solutions for optimization. Evaluate new features and integrations for potential implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions for key users to ensure a thorough understanding of ERP functionalities. Develop training materials and user guides for ongoing user support.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system users.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Support Digital Transformation projects deployment with management of risks
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.
  • Perform the other functions inherent to the position according to the needs of the company to meet the established goals of the organization.
  • Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.

Candidate skills & requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data engineering, working in a manufacturing environment using an ERP system.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, etc.). Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling techniques, and SQL proficiency. Inform M3, Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, etc.)
